Macindash Giveaway Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Macindash Giveaway (“Giveaway”) hosted by Basedash Inc. (“Basedash,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Basedash are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
2. How to Enter
There are three ways to enter the Giveaway:
Option 1: Sign Up for Basedash
Sign up for a Basedash account.
Press `cmd+k` and type “Macindash” in the command bar.
Submit your email to enter the raffle.
Option 2: Book a Demo
Book a demo of Basedash using the provided link on our website.
Your information will be entered into the raffle.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Entry Period
The Giveaway entry period begins on the date this page is published and ends at a date to be determined by Basedash. Entry deadlines will be announced on the website or via email.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided during entry within 14 days of the drawing.
If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
5. Prizes
Each winner will receive one (1) Macindash external display, as described on the Giveaway page.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
Basedash reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
6. General Conditions
By participating, you agree to allow Basedash to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Basedash is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway.
Basedash reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms or tampers with the entry process.
7. Limitation of Liability
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Basedash and its affiliates from any and all liability, loss, or damages arising from or in connection with the Giveaway or the awarding, receipt, or use of any prize.
8. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
