Every source
Fivetran-powered connectors cover CRM, ads, billing, product analytics, support, HR, and file storage, plus databases like MongoDB and DynamoDB. Each source syncs into its own schema, so tables keep the names your team already knows.
Sync control
Sync a source as often as every 15 minutes, or once a day for data that changes slowly. Pause a connector, change its frequency, or run a sync on demand, and see exactly when each one last succeeded.

Analysis-ready
Synced tables load incrementally into your managed DuckDB warehouse, and rows deleted upstream stay out of answers. Ask in plain English and the AI joins HubSpot, Stripe, and your product data in one query.

Pick a source
Search 750+ connectors by name or category, or connect a database or warehouse directly.
Authorize it once
Sign in on the source's own authorization page. Stripe takes a restricted API key, entered right in Basedash.
Ask your first question
The first sync loads every table into your warehouse. From there it's chat, dashboards, and the API.
Before you connect
Ingestion is part of the platform, so the questions a data team usually asks an ETL vendor have short answers.
Powered by Fivetran
Proven connectors, managed by Basedash. No Fivetran account needed.
Included in your plan
Connectors and the warehouse come with Basedash, not a separate bill.
Every 15 minutes
Or hourly, or daily. Pick the frequency for each source.
Sync on demand
Pause, resume, or run a sync whenever you need fresh data.
Incremental updates
After the first sync, only new and changed rows load.
Encrypted end to end
AES-256 at rest, TLS in transit, SOC 2 Type II audited.

How connectors sync, what they cost, and where your data ends up.
What is data ingestion in Basedash?
Data ingestion is how Basedash brings data from SaaS tools into one place for analysis. You pick a source, authorize it once, and Basedash syncs its tables into a managed DuckDB warehouse on a schedule you set, with no pipeline to build or host. Databases and warehouses you already run don't need ingestion: Basedash connects to them directly and queries them in place.
How often do connectors sync?
You choose for each source: every 15 or 30 minutes, every 1, 2, 3, 6, or 12 hours, or once a day. After the first full sync, connectors load only new and changed rows, so frequent syncs stay light. You can also pause a connector or run a sync on demand from its settings, and each connector shows when it last synced successfully.
Do I need a Fivetran account?
No. Basedash connectors are powered by Fivetran, but Basedash creates and manages them inside your workspace, so there's no separate Fivetran account, contract, or destination to set up. You authorize each source on its own sign-in page (Stripe takes a restricted API key instead), and Basedash takes care of the warehouse and the sync settings.
Can connectors sync into my own Snowflake or BigQuery?
Not today. Connectors sync into Basedash Warehouse, the managed DuckDB warehouse Basedash provisions for your workspace. If your data already lives in Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, or another warehouse, connect it directly and Basedash queries it in place, then use connectors for the SaaS tools you haven't loaded yet. Both show up side by side in the same workspace.
Are connectors included in the price?
Yes. The Startup plan ($1,000 per month plus AI usage, for up to 25 users) and Enterprise plans include 750+ data sources and Basedash Warehouse, so there's no separate per-connector or per-row ETL bill. Connectors sync normally during the 14-day free trial. If the trial ends without a paid plan, they pause until you upgrade, and pick up where they left off.
Can I use connectors with a self-hosted deployment?
Connectors are part of Basedash Cloud. Self-hosted deployments connect databases and warehouses directly instead, which is how most self-hosting teams already work: the data stays in infrastructure they control and Basedash queries it in place. To analyze SaaS data in a self-hosted setup, load it into your own warehouse with your existing pipeline and connect that warehouse to Basedash.
How is data protected during a sync?
Every sync runs over encrypted connections and lands in a warehouse encrypted at rest with AES-256. Basedash is SOC 2 Type II audited every year, and Fivetran, which runs the connectors, is listed as a subprocessor in the data processing addendum. Inside Basedash, you decide which groups can query each source and can hide sensitive schemas, tables, or columns from AI.
