About the role

We're looking for a Head of Sales to lead our enterprise sales efforts. You'll own go-to-market end-to-end, working solo to land enterprise customers and figure out what actually works.

This is a build-from-scratch role. You'll run the full sales cycle yourself until you've worked out a repeatable, scalable strategy — and once it's proven, you'll be responsible for hiring and growing the team around it.

What you'll do
  • Lead enterprise sales end-to-end — prospecting, discovery, demos, and close.
  • Run the full sales cycle solo until the playbook is proven and repeatable.
  • Develop a repeatable, scalable sales motion from the ground up.
  • Hire, onboard, and grow the sales team once the strategy is working.
  • Work directly with the President on go-to-market strategy and priorities.
  • Partner with product and talk to customers to sharpen positioning and pricing.
Who you are
  • Experienced enterprise sales leader with a track record of closing significant deals.
  • Comfortable owning the entire sales cycle solo before there's a team to lean on.
  • Has built a repeatable sales motion from scratch, not just inherited an existing one.
  • Ready to grow into a true sales leader and build a team once the strategy lands.
  • Strong technical aptitude — can sell a technical product to technical buyers.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and high autonomy in an early-stage environment.
  • Based in Canada or the US, with overlapping working hours.
Nice to have
  • Experience selling in the data space — BI, analytics, databases, or developer tooling.
  • Early-stage or founding go-to-market experience.
  • Experience hiring and scaling a sales team from the ground up.
